Terms for the EU parcel data fix

1. Who we are

The EU parcel data fix is provided by GPT Shop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 15766335, registered office Goodison Middleton, Winterslow, Salisbury, England, SP5 1QR ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@gptshopltd.com. These terms apply when you buy a pack from eu.gptshopltd.com ("you").

2. The service

We take your product export and return, for each product, a suggested HS commodity code with a confidence rating and reason, country of origin where your data states it, a customs description, a manufacturer's product reference and a barcode check. You also get an import file for one platform (Click & Drop, eBay, Etsy or WooCommerce) and a cost model of the EU duty and handling fee on your order mix.

3. Packs and prices

£149: one catalogue of up to 250 products.
£299: one catalogue of up to 1,000 products.

Prices are one-off fees in pounds sterling for a single catalogue, with an import file for one platform. A "product" is one SKU or variant row in your export. If your export has more products than the pack covers, we tell you before starting and you can pay the difference to move up a pack, or choose which products we cover. Catalogues over 1,000 products and white-label work for 3PLs and agencies are quoted separately by email.

4. Ordering and payment

You pay in full at checkout through Stripe. The contract starts when your payment is confirmed. After paying, email your product export to hello@gptshopltd.com from the address you used at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to send your files within 3 working days of receiving your export. "Working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England.

5.2 If a lot of rows need your input, we send what is ready and list the questions. The remaining rows follow once you have answered. Time spent waiting for your answers does not count towards the delivery time.

5.3 We deliver the files by email. If something in a file does not import, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct the file at no extra cost.

6. HS codes are suggestions

Our codes, descriptions and cost figures are suggestions to help you prepare your data. They are not legal or customs advice and not a binding tariff ruling. You are responsible for the data you declare to carriers and customs. Confirm every code, and check with your carrier or a customs adviser about anything you are unsure of. We never fill in a country of origin your data does not state; we flag it for you to confirm.

7. Refunds

7.1 Before we start work you can cancel for a full refund by emailing us.

7.2 Nothing in these terms affects any right to a refund you have under UK law.

7.3 Once we have delivered your files, the fee is not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or where we cannot correct a fault under clause 5.3.

7.4 Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

8. Your data

We use your product export only to produce your files, and delete it after delivery as set out in our privacy notice. You confirm you are entitled to send us the data in your export. The files we deliver are yours to use in your business.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you for the service is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for duties, fees, fines, delays or lost profits arising from data you declare, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Business customers

The service is designed for businesses. If you buy as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not carried out with reasonable care and skill, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay applies to your order.
